$1,000 in XRP Today Could Be Worth $50,000 Tomorrow: Expert

Alpha Lions Academy founder Edoardo Farina believes that investing $1,000 in XRP today could be worth over $50,000 down the road. 

With XRP currently around $2, he sees a unique opportunity for investors to secure a 50x return if the token hits his long-term target of $100 or more.

Notably, Farina has said he won’t sell his XRP for less than $100 each. He sees XRP as a key player in a “multi-generational pump” that could impact the global financial system. Farina advises investors to hold at least 1,000 XRP, calling it “insanity” to own less if they want serious long-term gains.

While these are his personal views, they reflect the general sentiment among XRP supporters, who believe the token is undervalued and could grow significantly with clearer regulations and adoption by institutions.

As of today, $1,000 buys only 500 XRP tokens. The XRP rich list shows 257,398 wallets hold between 500 and 1,000 XRP. An even larger 2.55 million addresses hold between 20 and 500 tokens.

This indicates that a massive percentage of XRP holders are retail investors with relatively small holdings. However, XRP promoters like Farina paint a future where even these small holdings could grow into life-changing sums, transforming the financial position of retail investors.

Achieving this would require XRP’s price to soar dramatically into triple or even four-digit territory. For instance, 500 tokens could be worth $50,000 if XRP reaches $100, or $500,000 if it reaches $1,000. These audacious price targets are possibilities Farina has suggested for XRP’s future.

The question of how long it might take for XRP to reach $100 or $1,000 has sparked considerable debate among crypto analysts. With XRP trading at $2, a jump to $100 would require a massive 4,900% increase.

To reach $1,000, XRP would need an even more formidable 49,900% surge. Such prices would give XRP a market capitalization of approximately $6 trillion at $100 and $60 trillion at $1,000. Many commentators consider these valuations unrealistic.

Experts from the forecast website Telegaon suggest it could take up to 25 years for XRP to reach $100. However, it sees the $1,000 target as unlikely in any foreseeable future. 

On the other hand, analysts from Changelly are more optimistic, estimating that $100 could happen within 10 years, with $1,000 possible by 2040.

However, critics like Davinci Jeremie argue that holding XRP for such a long period may not be the best strategy. He believes its true potential lies in shorter-term opportunities rather than a long-term hold.

Factors That Could Influence XRP’s Price Over the Years

Interestingly, XRP analyst 24hrscrypto1 claims “something big is going on,” predicting XRP could reach $100 sooner than 2030.

Ripple’s 2025 Treasury acquisition is expected to expand XRP’s utility in corporate treasury management, further strengthening its market position. Institutional adoption is also growing, with Grayscale, Bitwise, and Franklin Templeton attracting over $1.15 billion in inflows to XRP ETFs.

With business integrations, ETF progress, and institutional interest, analysts believe XRP’s next major growth phase could push it toward $100 well before 2030.

Some industry insiders share this bullish sentiment. For instance, a Korean Scientist and CryptoCharged’s COO Matthew Brienen see a $100–$1,000 range possible within five to ten years. They cite XRP’s role in cross-border payments as an enabling factor.
