Share price of Indian Oil Corp. rises as Nifty strengthens

Stock market update: Nifty Realty index 1.07% in a weak market

NEW DELHI: The Nifty Realty index traded around 10:55AM(IST)on Thursday in a weak market.

Oberoi Realty Ltd.(up 2.83 per cent), DLF Ltd.(up 2.32 per cent), Sunteck Realty Ltd.(up 1.7 per cent), Godrej Properties Ltd.(up 1.28 per cent) and Macrotech Developers Ltd.(up 0.99 per cent) were among the top gainers.


Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd.(down 1.04 per cent) and Phoenix Mills Ltd.(down 1.04 per cent) were the top losers on the index.

The Nifty Realty index was 1.07 per cent at 947.25 at the time of writing this report.


Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was down 3.85 points at 23555.2, while the BSE Sensex was 70.67 points at 77620.28.

Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 25 were trading in the green, while 25 were in the red. Shares of Vodafone Idea, Suzlon Energy, YES Bank, Zomato and Swiggy L were among the most traded shares on the NSE.

Shares of Banco Products, JSW Holdings, Ami Organics, KRN Heat Exchanger and Precot Meridian hit their fresh 52-week highs in today’s trade, while Loyal Textiles, Vibhor Steel Tubes, ESAF Small Finance, Keerti Knowledge and Fusion Micro Finance hit fresh 52-week lows in trade.
