Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Shares of Narayana Hruday, Reliance Naval & Engg, Bohra Industries, Capital Infra Trust and Abbott India, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Monday’s trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 5.41 points down at 22119.3 amid selling in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Uniinfo Telecom Serv, Mangalam Drugs, Lancor Holdings, N R Agarwal Ind and DiGiSPICE Tech, touched their fresh 52-week lows.

Overall, 32 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 18 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, BEL, Grasim Inds., Eicher Motors, JSW Steel and BPCL were among top gainers during the day, while Coal India Ltd, RIL, Bajaj Auto, Bajaj Finserv and HDFC Bank ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 112.16 points down at 73085.94. Traders piled up positions in General, IT Enabled Services, Services, Auto and Engineering sectors, while selling was witnessed in Textiles, Leather, Agro Processing, Trading and Irrigation & Allied Services sectors during the day.
