PVR Inox Q3 Results: Multiplex chain rides Dhurandhar wave as profit soars 167% YoY to Rs 96 crore; revenue rises 9%

Revenue from operations stood at Rs 1,880 crore in Q3FY26, marking a 9.4% increase over Rs 1,717 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.
Dhurandhar, which emerged as the highest-grossing Hindi film of all time with a cumulative box office of Rs 1,000 crore, spearheaded earnings growth, with original Hindi-language films contributing significantly to the company’s performance.
PVR Inox said the Hindi box office delivered its strongest-ever collections of over Rs 5,500 crore in 2025, marking an 18% YoY growth. The performance was supported by a healthier genre mix and a more consistent release slate, led by a few large tentpole releases, the company filing said.
Meanwhile, total box office collections stood at Rs 13,395 crore in 2025, representing a 32% increase over pre-pandemic levels and a 13% YoY growth. The year also saw 37 films crossing the Rs 100 crore box office mark.
