Dear readers, I was looking at the Property section of Business Times this weekend and was surprised to note that a District 2 condo was sold at less than $1,000 PSF.

Size of condo sold: 1,270 sqft
Transacted price: $1.18 million
Price per square foot: $929
Some may not be surprised at the PSF quantum given that Spottiswoode Park condo is a 45-year condo. However, the PSF at which the condo is sold is rather attractive.
