American States Water Dividend Increase
On 31 July, American States Water (AWR) increased its dividend by 8.27%, from 46.55¢ to 50.4¢ per share.
The dividend is payable on 3 September to shareholders of record on 15 August.
AWR’s forward yield is 2.75% at $73.39 per share.
I own 250 AWR shares at an average cost of $74.80 per share. AWR’s contribution to DivGro’s projected annual dividend income will increase by $38.50 to $504.
My yield on cost is now 2.70%.
Since I opened my position in February 2025, the stock has generated a total return of -1%, including $116.38 in dividend income.
