D.R. Horton Dividend Increase
On 28 October, D.R. Horton (DHI) increased its dividend by 12.5%, from 40¢ to 45¢ per share.
The dividend is payable on 20 November to shareholders of record on 13
November.
DHI’s contribution to DivGro’s projected annual dividend income will
increase by $20 to $180.
I own 100 shares of DHI at an average cost basis of $126.97 per share. Following this increase, my yield on cost
is 1.42%. (DHI’s forward yield is 1.21% at $148.73 per share).
Since I opened my position in February 2025, the stock has delivered a total return of 18%, including $62.00 in
dividends.
