As of April, 9 states and D.C. were below their previous peaks, Seasonally Adjusted. The largest seasonally adjusted declines from the recent peak were in Idaho (-2.1%), Hawaii (-1.4%), Utah (-1.1%), and D.C. (-1.1%).
