Microblog: Any opinion on how I should vote my BOC shares? | Stock Gumshoe

Since the July 5th Friday File, I honestly haven’t done my homework well enough to know the issues or slate of 6 directors. Is the proposed executive compensation package egregious, or still rather humble, like shortly after Rozek bailed? (Note that our vote on this is “non-binding” anyway).
Should we agree to the “Officer Exculpation Charter Amendment?”

Travis said (Aug 16) ‘For now, just waiting and giving them a chance to get their act together’ until after the upcoming Annual Meeting.

If someone can state a thoughtful opinion (no national politics) and support it a little bit – I will probably vote along with you. Actual REAL time limit here: the meeting is Sept 19th.
