NNN REIT Dividend Increase
On 15 July, NNN REIT (NNN) increased its quarterly dividend by 2.65%, from 56.5¢ to 58¢ per share.
The dividend will be paid on 15 August to shareholders of record on 31 July. The ex-dividend date is 31 July.
NNN’s contribution to DivGro’s projected annual dividend income will increase by $15 to $580.
I own 250 shares of NNN at an average cost basis of $40.85 per share. Following this increase, my yield on cost is 5.68%. (NNN’s forward yield is 5.10% at $45.52 per share).
Since I opened my NNN position in July 2017, the stock has produced annualized total returns of 8%, including $2,419 in dividend income.
