R u using Windows, Mac or maybe Android (restart device)?
iOS, restart often helps.
If Windows, updates are essential plus the obligatory restart.
If using modem/router, turn off for 15 mins.

Browsers:
CTRL+F5 or look at Settings and clearing Cache, Data or whatever it’s called. Maybe even just deleted the website.
