Sorry about that downtime

CHI – Channel Infrastructure NZ Limited

Channel Infrastructure NZ Limited (NZX: CHI, ASX: CHI) operates New Zealand’s only large-scale fuel import terminal at Marsden Point, Northland. It receives, stores, tests and distributes around 40% of the country’s petrol, diesel and jet fuel, including 80% of all aviation fuel used in New Zealand. The terminal supplies major oil companies serving Auckland and the upper North Island, while additional investments include a stake in Melbourne’s jet fuel infrastructure and a new bitumen import facility in partnership with Higgins.

The company focuses on safe, reliable fuel supply while positioning itself for the energy transition. Its Marsden Point Energy Precinct is being developed as a multi-fuel hub capable of handling renewable fuels, biofuels and other lower-carbon imports in the future.

On 19 December 2025, Channel Infrastructure will commence trading on the ASX through a Foreign Exempt dual listing. No new shares are being issued and no capital is being raised. The listing simply allows Australian investors to trade the existing NZX-listed shares on the ASX platform, broadening the shareholder base without affecting dividends or 2025 financial guidance. One-off costs associated with the listing are approximately NZ$1 million.

It is anticipated that CHI will list on the ASX on 19 December 2025.
