BAK – Barkly Rare Earths Limited


Barkly Rare Earths Limited (BAK) is an Australian mineral exploration company focused on the discovery and development of critical minerals within the Northern Territory.

The Company’s flagship project, the Barkly Project, hosts an Inferred Mineral Resource, reported in accordance with the JORC Code (2012) of 40 Mt @ 2,100 ppm Total Rare Earth Oxides (TREO) for 82,000 tonnes of contained TREO with a Magnet Rare Earth Oxide (MREO)/TREO ratio of 34%, reported above a 430 ppm NdPr cut-off grade. The TREO Inferred Mineral Resource is shallow and open in all directions and in part, overlaid by a separate vanadium Inferred Mineral Resource of 200 Mt @ 0.12% V2O5 for 240,000 tonnes of contained V2O5, reported above a 0.10% V2O5 cut-off grade and reported in accordance with the JORC Code (2012). Together with its Buntine Project, the Company offers exposure to one of Australia’s emerging critical minerals provinces.

Following completion of the Public Offer, the Company’s business model will centre on the exploration and development of mineral resource opportunities, with an initial focus on advancing the Projects in line with the Company’s proposed exploration programs. These programs primarily target REE, vanadium, other critical minerals and base metals.

It is anticipated that BAK will list on the ASX during January 2026.
