TSS launches product for insider trading compliance
TSS Consultancy has announced the launch of Disclosure 360, a technology designed to simplify insider trading disclosures and manage Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI).
The product is aimed at helping listed companies, and connected persons such as vendors and service providers to comply with insider trading regulations.
