Burning Grid v2.22 – Faster, Smarter and Now with Cent Account Support
We just rolled out Version 2.22 of Burning Grid — and it’s another big step forward in speed, flexibility, and user-requested features.
Here’s what’s new:
⚡ Backtest Speed Improved Again – Up to 40% Faster
We’ve significantly optimized internal processing to boost backtest performance.
-
Up to 40% faster compared to the previous version
-
Compared to the initial release, Burning Grid now completes backtests in just 30% of the original runtime!
⏱️ This makes testing large symbol universes and complex setups even smoother — especially in Auto Mode using 1-Minute OHLC data.
🐞 Bugfix: Dashboard Strategy Display After Risk Changes
There was a bug where changing the Risk Setting (e.g. from High to Medium) didn’t properly update the dashboard with all active strategies.
✅ This has now been fixed — all currently active strategies will now be shown correctly, regardless of risk mode switching.
🎯 New: Trade Direction Control in Expert Mode
One of the most requested features from power users is now live:
🧠 Use this to customize directional bias per symbol — for example, in trend-following or hedged portfolios.
💸 New: Support for Cent Accounts (Beta)
Another popular request – Burning Grid now includes experimental support for cent-based accounts, such as:
-
USDc, EURc, or similar account currency formats
-
Ideal for testing with small capital in live conditions
⚠️ Please note: This feature is still in beta. If you encounter issues with cent account behavior, please reach out so we can improve support going forward.
