Maybe to start, it’s been just over 3 years now since you took the seat. So I think it would be a good start to update on your key takeaways after another year. Has there been any significant evolution on your view of the risks and opportunities for Carlyle from here?

Yes. Great. Again, great to see everybody. So I would say, to frame it, probably the best way to think about it, Patrick, is we’re 3 years into what has turned out to be a 6-year plan. And the first 3 years were really about identifying the strategic priorities, committing to the strategic plan, deemphasizing things that were less important for the firm, establishing the leadership group, overhauling the operating structure of the firm, completely redesigning
