LGF – L1 Gold Fund Limited
L1 Capital is planning to list a Gold/ precious metals LIC. A broker syndicate will kick off a two-day cornerstone bookbuild on Wednesday, for its new LIC, with the prospectus to be filed with the corporate regulator by March 16. A portion of the deal will be sold to a broader group of investors after the ASIC lodgement and ahead of the 20 April listing.
Sources said L1 is yet to finalise the deal size, but is shooting for well north of $300 million to $400 million
