Following completion of the Offer, it is proposed that the Company be listed on the ASX as a listed investment company (LIC). SET will be invested in a diversified Portfolio of ASX listed equity securities that is actively managed by Solaris Investment Management with the aim of generating regular distributable income inclusive of franking credits.
It is anticipated that SET will list on the ASX on 17 April 2026.
